Quick fixes before Feedback Quest 6

Level changes:

• Level 2: Information billboards better locations
• Level 4: Hanging ledge rounded and third jump is made shorter.

Menus&UI:

• Start menu disclaimer text is now lower
• Cursor is now hidden during gameplay
• Removed "Stay signed in for 30 days" option from Login screen (will be back in the future)

Gameplay:

• Disable Battery recharge when battery is over 90%

Leaderboards:

• Rankings were always +1 positions. Now it should work correctly.
